Here are some of the many things we focus on during our training:

Communication Skills

During a difficult situation, our security guard needs to communicate with their peers, a firefighter department/police department/ paramedics department. They will also need to be able to reach the on-site management of the building. This is why in United Security Services, we make sure that we give our security guards adequate training regarding that.

Conflict Management

This is one of the heaviest aspects of our training. Here we teach our armed security guards how to identify potential danger and take control of it. This requires sharp instincts, physical agility, and critical thinking because usually, a conflict-ridden situation starts and ends within a couple of seconds.

Report Writing

We understand how important it is to document everything going on during the patrol. We make sure that our guards can write up a detailed report on not only what they observed, but anything that might need repair, or after the conflict has settled, what caused the problem, etc. All of this will help our clients get their claims from insurance companies, and that there will be no grounds where they will be denied it.
